Which countries does TreeTy ship to?

We currently ship to the UK and Europe. Plans are underway for shipping to other countries. If you would like our products shipped to you outside of the UK or EU, please send us an email and we will try our best to help you.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Unfortunately changes or cancellations on the website are not possible, but please email us at partnerships@thetreety.co.uk within 24 hours of your order for any changes or cancellations and we will accommodate happily.

If I buy from more than one brand, will I get multiple shipments?

We will almost always consolidate your order and send you one parcel, however if the sizes vary too much, we may need to use more than box.

What is the shipping and return policy?

Our shipping is based on the weight of the product and is calculated automatically once you checkout. However we do offer free shipping and returns for orders over £40 for UK mainland.

What is the return policy?

We hope you’ll love your purchase. In case you need to make a return, we’ll be happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the products are unused and have their original packaging intact. You can email partnerships@thetreety.co.uk to initiate a return request.

What does the name TreeTy mean?

TreeTy is a play on the word ‘treaty’ - it is a reflection of our commitment- an agreement or ‘treaty’ with the environment to create an ecosystem brining together the conscious consumer with sustainable and ethically minded brands.

What is our product vetting/ selection process?

TreeTy at present prescribes to ten values; we ensure that every product we feature meets at least three of these nine values. We also conduct a negative screening for each brand to ensure there are no red flags. Once business values and ethics have been verified, the products are further vetted by the team at TreeTy to ensure they meet our additional criteria’s across:

What packaging do TreeTy products arrive in?

All products will arrive in plastic free, FSC certified boxes and shipped through carbon neutral delivery services. Gift packaging will be launching soon also.

What is B-Corp (Pending) ?

Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. The ‘pending’ status for Bcorp is for those businesses that have been operational for less than a year.
